These Terms apply to Today's Brief's Android app and website, which provide personalized news, market information, task, and audio briefing services. Support: ppltech26@gmail.com.

Platform Availability

Features, sign-in methods, and third-party integrations vary between the Android app and website. A feature described in these Terms or a linked policy applies only on a platform where Today's Brief currently offers it. The Privacy Policy identifies platform-specific data handling. Google Sign-In is not currently available in the Android app or on the website. Today's Brief's own task features do not require a Google account.

Service

Today's Brief provides personalized news, market information, saved content, account sync, AI-assisted summaries and audio, and subscription or trial features. Content may come from third-party sources or licensed APIs.

News And Sources

We identify sources where available and link to original reporting when possible. If a source or API provides content license or usage-rights metadata, we may display it with the article. Absence of that metadata does not mean Today's Brief grants additional rights. Users should open original sources for full context. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of third-party content or AI-assisted summaries.

AI Features

AI-assisted summaries and audio may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or missing nuance. Use Report content or Send feedback in the app to flag issues.

Market Information

Market information is for general informational and educational purposes only. Today's Brief does not provide investment, tax, legal, brokerage, trading, or financial advisory services. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security.

Daily Mastery And Wellness Education

The dedicated Daily Mastery wellness skills described here are available on the web service and are currently unavailable in the Android app.

Daily Mastery is an optional learning feature. Its wellness topics include activity and fitness, nutrition, sleep habits, mindfulness, relaxation, and stress management. Lessons, suggested exercises, quizzes, explanations, and audio are for general education only, not personalized medical advice. Learning progress and quiz results are not health assessments or evidence of improved health, and we do not guarantee a health benefit.

Today's Brief is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including whether a suggested activity is appropriate for you. Do not replace or delay professional care because of information in the app. Stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness, or distress. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services; the app is not an emergency service.

Google Maps Platform

Commute and place-search features may use Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions And Trials

Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play. Eligibility and duration for no-cost trial access are determined by Today's Brief and may be activated separately from Google Play. Before any paid purchase, Google Play displays the price, billing period, available offer, renewal terms, and cancellation options. Cancel or manage a paid subscription from Google Play subscriptions.

Android Invitations And Referral Rewards

As of September 6, 2026, referral rewards are unavailable in the Android app. You can still invite friends, share invitation links, and view invitation statistics. An invitation, attributed installation or signup, or eligibility or progress count does not by itself activate or extend Premium access.

Paid subscriptions and separately confirmed free-trial access are unchanged. This notice concerns Android; feature availability can differ on the website.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may request account deletion in the app or at Account Deletion.
